What defines the Channel of Community?

What is it like to have the Channel of Community defined?

The Channel of Community joins Gate 40, Aloneness, in your Heart to Gate 37, Friendship, in the Solar Plexus: the provider’s will wired to the warmth that binds a family. Carriers have long known this as the bargain, and it is the oldest contract there is: I will work for us, and you will belong to me; part gives, part receives, and the whole is a community. Carriers of this channel are the hearth of whatever group they are in: the one whose loyalty is structural, whose handshake means something, around whom the tribe quietly organizes its meals and its holidays.

Everything in this circuit turns on the bargain being explicit and fair.
