Everything on this site is free and stays free. These terms cover the one thing that is not: the books, printed once, sold in the shop.

What you are buying

A printed book from this catalog is a single object composed from the exact birth details you enter at ordering, typeset and bound for one reader, in an edition of one. The e-book is the same composed book delivered as a PDF. Both are made to order; neither exists before you order it. Nothing here is a subscription, and nothing renews.

The book is a reflective keepsake, a mirror written in the language of Human Design. It is not medical, financial, legal or psychological advice, and it makes no predictions.

The birth details are the book

Every page of your edition is computed from the birth date, time and place you confirm at checkout. We print exactly what you confirm. Before paying, the order page shows those details plainly and asks you to acknowledge them; if a birth time is uncertain, the site's free tools can help you find it or show you what the missing minute changes before you spend anything.

The correction window

Caught a wrong detail after paying? Write to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order, quoting your receipt, and we will correct the details before the press runs, at no charge. Once a book has gone to press it can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded: it is being printed, once, for you.

Delivery

Printed books are composed and sent to the press within a few days of your order, and ship from the printing network's nearest facility. Shipping is included in the price, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand; how long it takes depends on where the book is going. The e-book is composed the same way and arrives by email, normally within a few days of ordering. Every printed book includes its e-book at no extra charge.

If a book arrives damaged

A book that arrives damaged or misprinted will be replaced. Write to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your receipt, and a replacement of the same edition will be printed and sent. Because every copy is personalized and printed once, we do not accept change-of-mind returns; the certainty you get in exchange is that no other copy of your book exists.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details never touch this site. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping; the total is shown at checkout before you pay. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order exists and nothing is made.

Your details

The names and birth details in an order are used to compose your book and for nothing else. They are kept with the order while the book is made, delivered and inside its damage window, and then removed from the printer's systems; the privacy page describes this in full. We handle all customer service ourselves: every question about an order goes to [email protected].
