Human Design Channel · Ajna ↔ Throat
The Channel of Curiosity (11-56)
The searcher and storyteller: ideas that want an audience.
What defines the Channel of Curiosity?
It joins Gate 11, Ideas in the Ajna center with Gate 56, Stimulation in the Throat center. When both gates are active in a chart, from either side (personality or design), the whole channel defines, and with it both centers: Defined Ajna: a consistent way of processing and conceptualizing. Defined Throat: consistent access to voice and manifestation.
What if only one gate is active?
With only one gate active, you carry that gate as a hanging gate, and feel a natural pull toward people who carry the other. Many lasting relationships sit on exactly this kind of electromagnetic connection.
Which circuit does the Channel of Curiosity belong to?
The Channel of Curiosity (11-56) belongs to the Sensing Circuit, the abstract stream of the Collective circuit group: desire, experience and the shared past. Energy here lives life first and understands it afterward, in cycles that need to complete and stories that need telling; what it offers the world is testimony rather than proof, and every culture is mostly made of it.
