It joins Gate 19, Wanting in the Root center with Gate 49, Principles in the Solar Plexus center. When both gates are active in a chart, from either side (personality or design), the whole channel defines, and with it both centers: Defined Root: consistent pressure-handling. Defined Solar Plexus: you run on an emotional wave, and clarity comes with time.

What is it like to have the Channel of Synthesis defined?

Boundaries around your own sensitivity keep the gift workable: needs pour into you from every side, and you cannot personally meet them all, nor should you try.
