The Sacral Center

The Sacral is the life-force generator of the bodygraph. Roughly half of everyone has it defined (consistent, reliable, yours) and half has it open (receptive, amplifying, wise about others). Neither is better, but they live very differently.

Open Sacral: you borrow life-force and can out-work the energetic people around you, until you crash. Knowing when enough is enough is your wisdom.
