It joins Gate 7, The Role of the Self in the G center with Gate 31, Influence in the Throat center. When both gates are active in a chart, from either side (personality or design), the whole channel defines, and with it both centers: Defined G: a fixed sense of identity, love and direction. Defined Throat: consistent access to voice and manifestation.

With only one gate active, you carry that gate as a hanging gate, and feel a natural pull toward people who carry the other. Many lasting relationships sit on exactly this kind of electromagnetic connection.
