Line 3 · The anarchist · the no to bad order

When things genuinely break down, you can take charge completely, and should. The discipline is releasing command when the emergency ends. Generals who keep wartime powers in peacetime lose the army. Practice both transitions: stepping up before you feel ready, and stepping down before anyone wishes you would. The general trusted with the next crisis is the one who handed the peace back promptly after the last.

Line 6 · The administrator · the long-game steward

Your leadership is custodial: keeping the direction true over years, not moments. Less glamour, more trust. Institutions survive on exactly this role. Take pride in the unglamorous verbs: maintain, review, renew, keep. The direction survives its founders because someone tends it between the dramatic chapters, and the tending is a leadership the wise learn to see.
