People follow longest when the destination genuinely serves them. Audit your intent before broadcasting it; the led always find out. Clean aims are a strategy, not just a virtue. Nothing spends a mandate faster than a destination quietly changed; nothing extends one like being told the truth early.

The durable leader’s words turn into visible results. Demonstration is the final argument; everything before it is advertising. Close the loop and the mandate renews itself.
